About As You Were Podcast

As You Were is a Podcast exploring the mental health impacts of Canada’s First Responders: corrections, police, paramedics, 911 dispatchers, nurses, doctors, firefighters, sheriffs, and more. The name of our podcast comes from the military command, “As you were”. We thought it reflected the vibe we wanted within each episode– a safe space where we, and our future guests, can kick back and get real about many of the stigmatizing issues within our workplaces that ALL of us have seen or experienced.
